Additionally, we work in conjunction with Leads2Trade LTD, and Inspire Digital LTD— If determined that these companies are better situated to process your request, said companies will deliver the requested service in place of Biz Money. We may also use your information so as to contact you to enquire about your experiences with individual suppliers, and/or request feedback and additional information about other products and services in which we think you may be interested.

- FLG 360, logiforms and Hubspot who provides our server hosting and enquiry management platforms

We may share your request for quotes with Inspire Digital Limited, who may call you to confirm your details or requirements, and/ or may pass your request to up to 4 suppliers of Merchant Cash Advances.
If legally required or if it is reasonably necessary to meet regulatory requirements, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our Terms and Conditions, we may also retain some of your information for a limited period of time as required, even after you have closed your account or it is no longer needed to provide the Services to you.
Your personal information may additionally be disclosed in order to protect our rights, safety or property, or the rights, safety and property of our customers, users, suppliers, affiliates or other parties. Including but not limited to exchanging data with organisations for credit risk reduction and fraud protection.
